2. Ordering & Confirmation
- Orders must be made for groups or communities only (e.g., offices, student groups, events, parties).
- A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation (email or signed quotation).
- Menu availability may vary due to seasonal ingredients or market conditions.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate event details (date, time, guest count, dietary requirements).
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Currently, no online payment gateway is active.
- Payment method (cash, bank transfer, etc.) will be agreed upon in writing before the event.
- Advance or full payment schedules, if required, will be mentioned in the quotation.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing (email/WhatsApp) at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- Refund eligibility (if advance paid) will be as per the specific quotation or contract shared at booking time.
5. Food Safety & Allergen Disclosure
- We follow FSSAI guidelines, strict hygiene standards, and routine staff health checks.
- While we provide detailed allergen information and take measures to prevent cross-contamination,
customers with allergies or medical conditions should inform us in advance and consult their doctor. - Nutritional data and health claims (e.g., low cholesterol, diabetic-friendly) are approximate and not medical advice.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content available on this website — including but not limited to logos, menus, photographs, videos, and written material — is the sole property of Shahi Food Services or has been developed with the assistance of AI-based tools, with all associated rights reserved by Shahi Food Services.
